Lindbergh Educational Center

Located in Manteca, California, Lindbergh Educational Center is part of the Manteca Unified School District and also known as Manteca Adult School. Manteca High School has graduated thousands of students with diplomas or General Educational Development certificates. A number of international awards have been presented to the program for its effectiveness in vocational training. Action on Behalf of Children (ABC) awarded their Teen Parent Panel in 1997.

For most registrations, there is a fee. Manteca offers discounts to seniors and students taking classes for high school credit.

Located in a 1928 Late Gothic Revival building, the Lindbergh Educational Center is an iconic landmark of Manteca.

Additional national program offering

Currently, Lindbergh Educational Center is offering the National Girls Collaborative Project's Girls Discover program, which includes a STEM focus. NGCP aims to connect girl-serving STEM organizations all over the country.

Program aspects

As a high school in Manteca, Lindbergh offers diploma classes, GED preparation, ESL classes, and older adult programs in addition to music, art, and fitness. Students interested in learning or improving vocational skills can also learn or improve them at the center. Through Valley Mountain Regional Center in Stockton, California, the center offers First Aid and CPR outside training conferences. This organization is a member of Cisco System's Cisco Networking Academy in California's 11th Congressional District.
